Domestic Assistance (General House Cleaning)

A clean, organised home is essential for wellbeing, independence and comfort. Our Domestic Assistance service provides personalised, respectful support to help clients maintain a safe and pleasant living environment.

This service includes:

  • General household cleaning in all living areas

  • Detailed kitchen and bathroom cleaning

Heavy Duty Cleaning

Heavy Duty Cleaning is designed for properties requiring extensive cleaning due to long term neglect, excessive build up, or complex hygiene needs. This service is always delivered with privacy, respect and professionalism.

Individual Support Work (Daily Living Support)

Support Work helps clients maintain independence, structure and wellbeing at home and in the community. Our approach focuses on respectful, person centred support that adapts to each client’s routines and preferences.

This service includes:

  • Assistance with day to day living activities

  • Light meal preparation and kitchen support

  • Prompts and reminders (medication reminders not included)

  • Help maintaining a safe and tidy home

Shopping Assistance

Our Shopping Assistance service helps clients complete essential shopping tasks with ease, safety and independence. Whether clients prefer to do their shopping in person or need someone to collect items on their behalf, we offer flexible support tailored to their needs.

This service includes:

  • Accompanied supermarket visits

  • Help preparing shopping lists and selecting items

  • Support with heavy bags or mobility challenges

  • Assistance with check out, payments and carrying groceries

  • Pick up and delivery of groceries when needed

  • Support with errands such as pharmacy visits or essential purchases

Late Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and maintain reliable scheduling, the following conditions apply:

Ongoing / Regular Bookings
Cancellations made with less than 48 office hours’ notice will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to the full scheduled service.

One Off Appointments
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will also be charged the full service amount.

No Access Situations
If a worker arrives and cannot enter the property (no one home, incorrect instructions, keys not available), it is considered a late cancellation

Mid Service Terminations
If a client asks the worker to leave after the service has commenced, this may be considered a late cancellation unless there is a reasonable or unforeseen circumstance.
